IRZ TMS-ORD2 integrated downhole monitoring system for dual completion

IRZ TMS-ORD2 integrated system with thru shaft is designed for dual completion wells with one motor and two pumps. Performance parameters of the lower reservoir are determined by means of Sakmar geophysical instrument installed under the lower pump.

The system allows the control and transmission of real-time parameters during oil production including

  • pump intake pressure
  • motor oil temperature
  • reservoir fluid temperature
  • upper reservoir fluid temperature
  • motor vibration level
  • motor and power cable insulation resistance
  • lower pump intake pressure
  • fluid water content of the lower reservoir
  • lower reservoir flow rate

IRZ TMS-ORD2 is used as a part of the ESP system. Parameters controlled by TMS enable the pump control system to:

  • protect the pump
  • optimize pump operation
  • automatically control the level of fluid
  • collect data for downhole production tests

Advantages of IRZ TMS-ORD2 integrated downhole monitoring system for dual completion

  • the downhole monitoring system has an overvoltage protection up to 3000 V
  • data is transferred to an external device via RS232 or RS485 interface using the IRZ TMS ELEKTON, BORETS communications protocols
  • short downhole data scanning interval — max 40 s
